PORK BBQ SAUCE



1 Cup(s) Onion, finely minced

3/4 Cup(s) Garlic, finely minced

2 Tablespoon(s) Tiger sauce

2 Tablespoon(s) Worchestershire sauce

2 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Mustard


Blend together all ingredients. The technique used was to stab large

holes in a pork roast, massage the sauce into the holes produced and

marinate overnight.
