Inventory control, receive invoices, cost recipes and menus. Nutritionally analyze recipes, menus and ingredients. Start with the USDA SR15 nutritional data and add your own entries.  Import/export recipes, menus, physical inventory, and nutrition entries. Scale recipes and view and print scaled recipes.

Use PDA Kitchen Magician to export physical inventory to your PDA, take inventory and import back to your CookenPro for reconciliation.
